SALAS has an agreement with Alberta Employment and Immigration to assess 50 clients, usually Canadian citizens, in Southern Alberta from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.  These clients will largely be low-German speaking people, lacking reading and writing skills, and attending a training program to develop and improve their English language skills.

This agreement ends March 2012.
