Client Satisfaction

SALAS collects client feedback to improve our services. Last year, 292 evaluation questionnaires were completed–181 in Lethbridge and 111 in Brooks.  In Lethbridge, 99 percent of respondents reported their first contact with SALAS was good, 96 percent said they understood the assessment had four parts, 100 percent reported that their assessor was friendly and respectful, and 98 percent reported they understood where they were being referred.  In Brooks, 95 percent of respondents said their first contact with BCALC was good, 92 percent understood the assessment had four parts, 95 percent said their assessor was friendly and respectful, and 94 percent understood where they were being referred.  Our levels of satisfaction continue to be very strong every year, mainly due to the swiftness of our response.
